Overview
The apartment must be completely empty!
If your home has been recently painted or renovated, please inform us in advance. Post-renovation cleaning requires extra time and effort due to dust and debris and will incur an additional charge.
General Cleaning Includes
Dusting and vacuuming floors.
Mopping the Floors (Using a Swiffer and wet cloth. If you prefer a different mop, please provide one.)
Trash Removal We will take out the trash, but please let us know if there are any items you do not want discarded. If you have a large amount of trash to be removed, inform us in advance. Our standard service includes disposing of only 1-2 bags.
Washing the windows from inside (let us know if they are over-size!).
Cleaning the baseboards
Cleaning inside all closets, cabinets and drawers.
Detailed Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaning Services
We focus on essential cleaning tasks to keep your kitchen and bathroom sparkling—custom extras available upon request.
Bathroom Cleaning Includes
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom, including scrubbing the walls, tub, toilet, and sink.
Polishing bathroom faucets and mirrors.
Kitchen Cleaning Includes
Cleaning the oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
Polishing the counter top and stove top
Scrubbing and Polishing kitchen cabinet doors

These services can be added on at $50/hr.
Please notify us at least 2 days prior to your appointment , so we can make changes to our schedule and adjust your rate accordingly.
